Consent to the Storage and Use of Applicant Data by Eurostudy Consultancy

This privacy policy for applicants supplements the General Data Protection Notice.

We thank you for your interest in our services. We naturally want you to feel secure about the protection of your personal data when visiting our website. In order to be able to store and use your application data even after the completion of the process you initiate by submitting your information, we request your consent below.

With this declaration of consent, I consent to Eurostudy Consultancy storing my personal data that I have submitted to Eurostudy Consultancy as part of my application (e.g., in cover letters, CVs, references, applicant questionnaires, applicant interviews) beyond the end of the current application process. I consent to Eurostudy Consultancy using this data to contact me later and to continue the application process or to conduct a new application process if I am considered for another position with Eurostudy Consultancy's clients.

If I have disclosed "special categories of personal data" pursuant to Art. 9 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation in my application letter or other documents submitted during the application process (e.g., a photo revealing ethnic origin or allowing conclusions to be drawn about eyesight or religious beliefs, information about severe disability, marital status, or ideological beliefs, etc.), my consent also applies to this data. This consent serves solely to enable the application to be considered in its current form. However, Eurostudy Consultancy wishes to evaluate all applicants solely on the basis of their qualifications and therefore requests that such information be omitted from the application if possible.

This consent also applies to data about my qualifications and activities from publicly accessible data sources (in particular, professional social networks, to the extent that the data is public there) that Eurostudy Consultancy has legitimately collected as part of the application process.

My data will only be shared with Eurostudy Consultancy clients after I have given my consent.

This consent is voluntary and does not affect my chances in the current application process. I can refuse without giving reasons and without fear of any disadvantages. I can also revoke my consent at any time by notifying info@eurostudy.net or Eurostudy Consultancy, Marktplatz 15, 55218 Ingelheim, Germany. In this case, my data will be deleted immediately after completion of the current, specific application process. The legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
